Quattro Rainshower
Follow the directions below to install an upgraded swivel ball extension between your shower arm and Nebia by Moen Quattro Rainshower:

- Replace the filter inside the NbM Quattro Rainshower inlet with the thicker one that came with the shower ball.
- Screw the shower ball in a clockwise direction into the NbM Quattro Rainshower inlet until hand tight.
Caution, be careful not to cross-thread.
- Grab the shower ball firmly and turn the NbM Quattro shower head in a clockwise direction 2 full turns to tighten further (use a wrench if more torque is required). There should be a small gap between the Quattro and the shower ball, this is due to the gasket filters being compressed ensuring a water-tight seal.
- Add the gasket to the inlet of the shower ball. You are ready to install Quattro in your shower.
Pro Tip:
To adjust how stiff the shower ball feels, use an adjustable wrench (or 30-mm wrench) to adjust the flange on the shower ball.

Loosening it too much may cause drooping, this can be fixed by tightening the flange.

Quattro Handshower
Follow the directions below to install an upgraded swivel ball extension between your shower arm and Nebia by Moen Quattro Handshower:

- Perform this step only if the Nebia by Moen Quattro Handshower is already installed. If it is not installed, skip to Step 2. Disconnect the wand connection from the underside of the magnetic cradle by twisting counter-clockwise. Remove the Quattro Handshower from the magnetic cradle and unscrew the cradle from the shower arm. Turn counter-clockwise to loosen (use a wrench with a rag around the cradle if it is too stiff to turn by hand).
- Remove the rubber washer gasket inside the cradle and put it aside temporarily - you will need it for the replacement shower ball.
- Unscrew the clamping piece from the cradle by turning it counter-clockwise.
- Remove the shower ball from the cradle. Remove the split plastic ring surrounding the base of the existing shower ball and install it on the base of the new replacement shower ball.
- Install the replacement shower ball with the cream plastic ring attached to the cradle. It should sit on top of a black rubber gasket inside the main body of the cradle (shown below).
- Screw-in the clamping piece clockwise until hand tight. This sets the holding strength of the ball joint.
- Place the washer gasket from Step 2 in the new shower ball inlet. Now you can install your Quattro Handshower to your shower arm.
