We are proud to provide important updates on our award winning Nebia Spa Shower 2.0. This is our flagship shower model and we believe it is the best shower system available anywhere. In addition, it is the most water efficient shower on the market with a starting flow rate of just 0.9 GPM (this is 65% below the national average).
Since we first introduced the Nebia Spa Shower we have made countless improvements, most of which came from direct feedback provided by our Kickstarter backers and customers. Some of these improvements include enhanced reliability by upgrading materials and coatings across a dozen components, and a more sustainable supply chain by redesigning the package configuration to reduce volume by 70%.
In order to reflect the enhancements and ensure that we can continue to invest in the future of water savings with the most innovative technologies, we recently increased the price of the Nebia Spa Shower 2.0 to $629. In addition to enhancements we’ve made to the product, there are two major drivers: a considerable increase in the cost of aluminum (it has gone up 60% in just the past year), the primary material in Nebia 2.0, and increased U.S. manufacturing labor costs over the past few years.

- Enhanced Features: We are constantly working to solicit feedback and improve the product. This is in our DNA.
- U.S. Craftsmanship: This product is designed, developed, tested, and entirely manufactured in the U.S. 99% of components are also sourced in the U.S. It requires precision manufacturers, and assembly takes place by hand in Minnesota.
- Primary Material: We source 6-series aluminum, with a high recycled content, one of earth’s most recyclable materials. We use reinforced plastics for critical flowing components to enhance reliability, and for structural components, we use plastic regrind which helps reduce the environmental footprint.
- Reduced Carbon Footprint: Given the relatively large size of Nebia 2.0, producing it close to our customers helps cut carbon emissions from transport considerably.
