In rare cases, you may notice a slight side to side rocking motion after installing your Nebia Spa Shower 2.0 when raising or lowering the head and arm. This may happen in shower setups where the tile wall is not completely flat due to uneven or heavily textured tile.
To solve this, we have designed two gray stabilizers, that will act as a shim between the main shower bracket and your wall. You can place an order for a moving kit containing the stabilizers by Clicking Here.
- To install the stabilizers, first, remove the main shower bracket from the wall. Then attach the two stabilizers on the back of the bracket. In the guide below, you will see two green lines indicating the recommended areas to place the stabilizers.
- Then, reinstall the bracket from Step 05 onwards. Your Nebia 2.0 should now have a rock-solid feel once reinstalled.
