Nebia by Moen units sold within North America is covered by Moen’s Limited Lifetime Warranty. If your Nebia by Moen is broken and needs repair or replacement, we offer free warranty replacement parts through our partnership.

For Nebia by Moen units sold outside of North America, Nebia provides a 180-day warranty from the original date of delivery. The warranty is nontransferable but extensive, covering the full replacement cost of all defective part(s) and finishes, excluding shipping costs and tax or import fees. Nebia will provide the replacement components necessary to restore the Nebia by Moen back to good working condition. Nebia will not be responsible for labor charges, and/or damage incurred in installation, repair, or replacement, nor for incidental or consequential damages.
