The Adhesive will not stick to my shower wall.
If your shower wall was not cleaned and dried properly or if the wall is made of slate, the adhesive will not be able to set correctly. Please make sure your shower wall is clean and dry before reinstalling. Please follow the uninstallation steps by Clicking Here. How do I make sure the Nebia 2.0 Bracket is level?
If you do not own a level, this is where your smartphone comes in handy! Most phones come preloaded with a level app that you can use. If your phone does not have one, many free versions can be downloaded from the app store. Using the level app, simply hold your phone against the Bracket.
I’m not sure the Adhesive is strong enough to support the shower.
This type of Adhesive has many purposes and is commonly referred to as VHB (Very High Bond). As long as the Adhesive is allowed to set before being exposed to moisture or added weight (minimum 24 hours), it will not have an issue supporting the Wand or Nebia Bracket.
The base of the Nebia 2.0 Bracket does not touch my wall.
The Nebia 2.0 Bracket should rest flush against your wall at all times. If your shower wall is uneven or has an undercut, the Nebia 2.0 Bracket may not completely touch the wall. Unfortunately, this is not your typical out of the box install. Many customers have worked around this scenario by creating a DIY spacer to bridge the gap between the bracket and shower wall.
