- Peel the protective layer off of the adhesive.
- Position the Dock in your desired location and press firmly for 60 to 90 seconds.
- Wait 24 hours before placing the Wand on the Dock or turning the water, to ensure reliable adhesion.

The Dock is not sticking to my shower wall.
Caution, the adhesive can only be used one time as it is designed for single-use applications. If your shower wall was not cleaned and dried properly the adhesive will not be able to adhere correctly and you will need to order replacement dock adhesive by Clicking Here. Once you are ready to re-install the dock adhesive follow the steps outlined here.
The Dock got wet before the Adhesive had time to dry and fell off.
Please be sure the shower wall has been cleaned and thoroughly dried. If the adhesive ended up getting wet, you'll need to order replacement dock adhesive by Clicking Here. Once you receive the new adhesive, you can continue to step 09 in the setup guide.
Why do I have to wait 24 hours after installing before I can try my new shower?
The 24 hours dry time ensures that you will not have problems with the adhesive falling off. The adhesive needs time to properly cure/dry before getting wet or carrying the weight of the wand. Allowing the adhesive dry overnight (ideally a full 24 hours) before both exposing the dock to moisture or placing the wand on the dock, will provide enough time for the adhesive to cure/set to 90% (72 hours for a full 100%).
I decided I want to move the Dock to another location, how do I remove it?
If you need to move the dock, we have a few recommendations that will help. First, start by applying a small amount of rubbing alcohol at the base of the dock (this will help break down the adhesive bond) and wait for around 20. Next, you will need to use a putty knife, spatula (even an ice scraper will work) to remove the dock from your wall.
