- Choose a location for the Dock around waist height on the wall.
- We recommend within 4 - 10” / 10 - 25cm on either side of the Bracket, allowing for full downward travel of the Sliding Arm and rotation of the temperature valve handle.
- Before securing the Dock to the wall, consider the ideal side spray from the Wand when it is resting on the Dock.
Having troubles with this step?
I do not want to put the Dock on my wall, do I have to use it?
Installing the Dock is not a requirement to use the Wand, but it is designed to hold the Wand when your not holding it and to position the Wand spray using the magnetic array. If you do not install the Dock, which we do not recommend you will need to find a suitable resting place for the Wand.
Can I put the Dock on the Nebia 2.0 Bracket?
Finding the ideal location for the Dock is important as this will shape part of your Nebia 2.0 experience. It's best to think about how you would like to use the Wand daily. Depending on your personal preferences, would you rather hold the Wand, leave it on the Dock or a mixture of both? We recommend waist height for added warmth, 4 - 10” / 10 - 25cm on either side of the Nebia 2.0 Bracket and avoid not placing the Dock in locations where the Wand will spray someone in the face.
Will the Adhesive damage my shower wall?
The Adhesive used on the Dock and Bracket will not damage your shower wall and can easily be removed if needed.
What types of shower walls will the Adhesive work best?
The Adhesive will firmly secure to any shower setup with one exception, slate walls. The surface of slate tile (even when sealed) has a tendency to flake, a process called shaling making it extremely difficult for the Adhesive to properly bind to the wall and will eventually come loose of over time.
