- Ensure that the Filter is on the Inlet.
- Push the Inlet into the Collar, keeping the unit vertical and parallel to the wall.
- Apply force until you hear a click (watch the video above as a reference).
Note: Do not secure the adhesive until you have checked Step 06.
Having troubles with this step?
I’m missing the Filter, or the Filter was damaged.
Do not use the Nebia Spa Shower 2.0 without a Filter, as this will damage the system and void the warranty. Every Filter comes pre-installed and will be on the end of the water inlet. If your Filter is missing, check the packaging to see if it detached - if so, place it on the Inlet as shown in the video above. If the Filter was damaged, please send a photo to support@nebia.com and we'll take care of the rest!
I did not hear a click when installing, how do I know if it is installed correctly?
You will need to check the Indicator (please refer to the next step). If the Indicator is gray with no signs of red, then the Nebia 2.0 Bracket is correctly installed. If you see any red the Nebia 2.0 Bracket is not correctly installed, and you will need to continue pushing the top of the Bracket into the Collar until the Indicator turns gray.
What is the Inlet?
The Inlet is located at the back of the Nebia 2.0 Bracket and is covered by the Filter.
