The filter is built to last the entire life of the shower. If you notice a drop in pressure, check the filter for debris. As the filter was designed to capture particulate too large to pass through the nozzles, you won't need to replace it, you simply clean it. To do so follow these steps:
- Uninstall only the bracket (the bracket retainer will remain on the shower wall).
- Detach the filter from the inlet and run it under warm water. If you find some of the debris is hard to remove use a toothbrush to help clear it.
- Place the filter back on the inlet.
- Reinstall the bracket. When mounting the bracket back, slide the opening in the back of the Bracket onto the Bracket mount on the wall.
