General Cleaning:

We recommend cleaning your Nebia by Moen Quattro with a mild soap, rinsing thoroughly with warm water and drying with a clean, soft cloth. Never use cleaners containing abrasives (including abrasive sponges or steel wool), ammonia, bleach or sodium hypochlorite, organic solvents (e.g. alcohols) or other harsh chemicals (e.g. limescale removers) to clean, as they may damage the finish.

Hard Water:

Both the finish and nozzles stand up well to hard water. That said, if you have very hard water, over time build up will occur. We recommend cleaning your Nebia by Moen Quattro with white vinegar. Any build up/mineral deposits will completely dissolve within minutes. 

Installation is super simple and takes the average person less than 3 minutes. Best of all, there’s no plumber needed. As long as you can unscrew your current showerhead, then you can install Nebia by Moen Quattro easily. Be sure to watch our installation videos for full details.

This video will walk you through each step of the installation process for the Nebia by Moen Waist-High shower. It is meant to complement the Install Guide included in the box and found here. The waist-high version of Nebia by Moen brings our patented atomization technology to more homes than ever. Designed for homes with waist-high water outlet connections or lower, this is our most thoughtful, versatile, and accessible shower system yet. The waist-high ​​version includes a flexible hose allowing it to tap directly into a male threaded outlet. 

  Please note: this version will require screwing/anchoring into the tile wall.  ​

To install Nebia by Moen you will need the following:

• Water heater temperature of at least 115°F/46°C
• Water pressure of at least 20psi/1.4bar

Spacing

• The water outlet must be in a wall (not the ceiling).
• The recommended floor to water outlet distance is 72"-84"(183-213cm). 
• The minimum clearance from water outlet to ceiling is 4" (10cm). (A)
• Make sure there is a minimum of 25" (64cm) of clear space between your shower arm and the top of the trim/temperature controls. (B)
• The minimum clearance from the nearest sidewall is 5" (13cm). (C)

Other

• For slate surfaces, you will have to use the included screws instead of the adhesive pads to secure the bracket.  
• Trim/temperature controls are not included.
• Nebia by Moen can be installed if you have a ledge (shower/tub combo).

• Your wall must have a 1⁄2" NPT (or 1⁄2" BSPT) pipe connection (this is standard in most bathrooms in North America).
